Please
study the Aussie Outback Safaris tour conditions before booking
Deposits
A 10% deposit is payable on booking with the
balance due 14 days prior to departure. Tours
booked within 14 days of departure must be
paid in full at time of booking. Over the internet we usually take
credit card details as deposit, and deduct the balance on the
day of departure.
Cancellation
Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel a booking
the following cancellation fees apply:-
If less
than 72 hours prior to departure there can be
no refund.
If 3 to 7 days
notice is given then a 50% refund applies.
If 8 to 14 days
notice is given then a 75% refund applies.
If 14 to 30 days
notice is given then a 90% refund applies.
If over 30 days
notice is given we will refund 100% of your
payment.
Minimum
Numbers
We have the best record and have the most consistent numbers on
the West Coast (with no exceptions!!!) regarding scheduled tours
going ahead. The tour will still proceed even if events
should reduce tour guests to only a few
persons. Though this has not happened in recent years, if reduced to less than five persons
then we will discuss with passengers the options. If the tour has
to be reluctantly cancelled we will book you on a similar tour,
after consultation, with another operator if you wish.
The cancellation will be accompanied by a full
refund and a 10% discount entitlement on any
substituted booking during the
subsequent twelve months.
No
Liability
Although
we take all precautions, no liability can be
taken by Aussie Outback Safaris/Red Earth Safaris in case of sickness, injury or personal
loss. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to all
travellers and can be purchased through any
travel agent.
Any
personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a
result of any tour delay, alteration or
curtailment of any tour (whether caused by
mechanical defect, adverse road conditions or
any other cause) are the responsibility of the
passenger. Aussie Outback Safaris/Red Earth Safaris and its
employees are unable to guarantee exact
arrival and departure times and are not liable
for any failure to make connections with any
other service. Tours may vary due to track
conditions, road conditions/closures, extreme weather, or at the
discretion of the operator or tour leader.
Included
in the Monkey Mia/Exmouth Tour Cost
The tour cost includes most meals, travel in tour bus, basic accommodation
costs, National
Park entrance fees. Guest participation is part of
the tour and the driver will need some assistance with camp, meals and
loading the bus.
Not included in the cost:
We have created the
opportunity for guests to participate in extra activities at
reduced rates, at their
own expense, such as Abseiling and visiting the Shark Bay
Pearl Farm, Aboriginal Dreamtime tour, Shark Bay
wildlife cruise, Coral Bay excursions. Only other expenses are shop stops, and
roadhouse stops en route and
stops will be made each day for passengers to buy ice-creams,
snacks, drinks, etc, and alcoholic
beverages, for consumption in the evening.
Discounts
There is a discount of $50 per person
for those who qualify. For more information on
this subject, go to "Discounts".
Children
The tour is not considered suitable for the
extremely young. Children must be at least
five years of age to qualify. There are no
"children's rates" and the
appropriate adult rates apply. However, we do offer "Family
Specials". Look on our discounts pages for family discounts
of up to $100 per person. E-mail
admin@outbacktours.info
for further information.
Fitness
Age is not a factor. A moderate level of fitness and agility is,
along with a have-a-go attitude is. Particularly for the trek
into Kalbarri gorge.
